The women in this organization, my sisters, have provided me a support system that empowers me to accomplish my dreams and to reach my full potential. I found that aKDPhi was the right decision for me because I resonated with the sorority's principles of scholarship, leadership, sisterhood, service, and Asian awareness, which all represent the five pillars we stand for. : Since being part of the sorority, I have matured and improved my leadership and time management skills. The positions I have held have challenged me to take accountability for my own success and become independent while working well with a team. The skills and experiences I have gained have provided me with tremendous growth in my professional skills. : Traveling, photography, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddle boarding, hiking, snowboarding, tennis, shopping, cooking/baking, picnics, movie nights, and spending quality time with family and friends
