: Spring 2016: Stephanie Lyn Marquez: Personal Finance with concentration in Financial Planning: Class of 2019: Seoul, Korea: Korean: KUSA (Korean Undergraduate Students Association), KAFES (Korean Association For Engineering and Science): As an international student, my goal was to meet new people with various backgrounds and to experience different types of culture. Also, I had to challenge a lot throughout the very first semester, adapting to the environmental change. So I joined aKDPhi, which is the organization that provides strong support system and an opportunity to get to know new people. I believed that aKDPhi can help me to bring positive changes to my campus life by continuously motivating and challenging myself. : Since I crossed on Spring 2016, I am still in the process of adjusting myself as an active of this sorority. So far, I learned how to effectively organize schedule. Also, I was able to gain communication skills, especially when I am having conversation with people who have different ideas. Most significantly, aKDPhi challenged myself to speak up my thoughts in front of the audience. Though I struggled a lot, sisters kept encouraged, advised, and taught how to be confident. : I love watching movies, painting, working out, shopping, and eating.
